Transnational Meeting- Alicante, Spain
Our First Transnational Meeting for the project took place in Alicante, Spain, between 18th and 20th November, 2015. It was for school coordinators and for school`s representatives only. It was a great experience for all of us. We met each other, some for the first time in person, and we agreed on many things considering our common project and signed our project’s rulebook.
First mobility - Ede, the Netherlands - 13th to 19th March 2016
The first mobility took place in Ede at Pallas Athene College. All the participant schools were there with their students. The theme was Student leadership and the focus was to get to know the project, to feel it and to learn how to be a successful leader of the company. During this process we experienced some Dutch businesses and companies which helped us to understand that anybody can become successful if he has a good idea, a great team to work with and a motivation to go through with it. Students had some workshops and their final product was their own company which they presented on Friday at the final ceremony. They were all very resourceful and full of ideas.
We also felt like Dutch people during the week, especially the students who lived with their hosts and biked to/from school every day. We also saw some interesting sights, the beautiful Kroller-Muller Museum and the city Nijmegen.

Second mobility- Suceava, Romania- 30th of May- 3rd of June
The subject of this mobility was entirely devoted to the issues of market research. Participants talked about their Local Business Trends. On the first day we organized a logo competition and the British logo won the competition. Participants took part in workshops organized by the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Suceava on what the market research is and how to conduct it. In other workshops organized by British trainers they learnt about the concept of marketing and its purpose, what methods were there to promote their product/service and which they you would choose. You needed to consider the cost, the best way to reach your target audience and how this would work internationally. This session included the creation of marketing materials/examples of the marketing materials.
Participants visited numerous local companies, getting to know the production processes of their products and the uniqueness of these products on the local market. They visited Betty Ice and some shoe companies like Marelbo, Nicolis and Denis. The students prepared presentations on what the market research is and presented them at the end of the visit.

Third mobility- Alicante, Spain- 16th- 22nd of October 2016
Designing product/service - After having identified viable business ideas since the last meeting in Romania, partner teams presented their findings and the winning idea to the rest of their peers and larger audiences. The rest of the week was dedicated to conceiving the product/service. They worked out what it would look like, how it would work, who was the target audience. Time was dedicated to really thinking about the specific details in a number of workshops and other joined activities. They could build a model during the workshops, using a number of tools such as graphic design using their ICT skills and/or stationary using their creative skills.
Pupils from individual partner schools presented the results of market research carried out as part of local activities in terms of introducing their own products and services. Our school presented such results regarding the created service- an entertainment centre that will allow students to get rid of stress. This research was carried out using a questionnaire and school students were asked to respond.
The host school, in cooperation with the English school coordinating the project, organized a series of workshops devoted to the design of a product or service using the ACCESS FM methodology. This allowed students to understand the complexity of the factors to be considered during this process and the preparation of the article for implementation on the market. Using the acquired knowledge and creativity, students working in international groups and under the supervision of teachers designed devices to protect against drowning during bathing. It was their test task to understand their tasks while designing their own products or services. After completing the task, all groups presented the results of their work.
The hosts also made sure to present similar methods of work on design during visits to local companies, whose owners and employees talked about how they create their products. Participants could see how new designs of office furniture are created in the Actiu company, toys in the world-famous Injusa company, or footwear in a very modern Pikolinos factory.

Fourth mobility- Paris, France- 27th of February- 3rd of March 2017
Students from individual partner schools presented the final versions of their products / services. The students of our school presented the project as an example of a recreation centre which started from the fact that many children are stressed because they have strict rules and they are not let to express themselves doing activities that they like. This business idea wanted to bring a new concept for our region and this is EDUTAINMENT which means discovering learning through free spontaneous play but also incorporating some elements of pure entertainment. They presented the principle of its operation and how the service was designed in accordance with the ACCESS FM methodology, which was presented on the previous mobility.
The host school organized a three-day workshop on marketing of products and services, where students learned about its principles, viewed examples of marketing films and techniques used in them, including target audiences, territorial and linguistic diversity, and other factors. Then, in international groups, they started to develop a marketing plan for sample products and services. On the last day of mobility, they presented the results of their work on the forum of all participants of the meeting.
The host school also organized a presentation by the Irish Chair of the European Parliament Ambassador School Program. The participants were also visited by significant French and international companies whose managers talked about how they conduct marketing of their companies. Thanks to this, students and teachers learned which strategies Facebook is guided (visits to the Paris office), Hermes (producing exclusive and very expensive fashion-related products), Gentelmen 1919, a company providing shaving services.

Fifth mobility- Święcany, Poland- 5th-9th of June 2017
The main theme was product/service finance. Participants presented their Sales plan and approach to the rest of the teams and answer questions. During the rest of the meeting participants learned about the financial terms and the mathematics driving their business plan. How much will it all cost to create? How much will it sell for? What is the projected profit/loss? What financial contributions would they need to ask for and where/how could you ask? What is sponsorship and is this something you would consider?
Each partner school has created its own product or service as part of local work, which it intends to launch and, therefore, develops its business plan. As part of joint activities during mobility, the partners learned to create its next elements, which then translate into plans for the products or services they create. This time, the participants learned how to calculate the costs of their production so that they could start earning them. Through participation in educational activities, they learned different economic concepts and factors influencing the final price of the product and practically practiced the implementation of relevant calculations. The workshops on product finances and the art of negotiation prepared by the Higher Vocational School in Nowy Sącz were very helpful. The theoretical knowledge gained there was supported by practical examples presented by the staff of our local, and companies operating on the international market. Thanks to the courtesy of the management boards of these companies, the partners got to know the products of such companies as: Vortumnus, Nowy Styl or Balticwood. Employees of the company Vortumnus from Lisów, diversified their presentation with practical workshops for the production of certain products. Nowy Styl showed its modern factory and showroom, where guests learned how the company creates new products and introduces them to the market. Similarly, Balticwood showed the cycle of creating their floor panels.

Sixth mobility- Karaman, Turkey- 9th- 13th of October 2018
The theme of the educational activities conducted in Karaman, Turkey, was the sale of the product and the art of negotiation. The host school organized a series of workshops devoted to this subject, combined with a lecture on sales skills, conducted by doc. Dr. Nezahat Ekici from Karamanoğlu University Mehmet Bey. What's more, participants had the opportunity to practically practice the art of negotiating prices and selling the product. Working in international groups, they had to purchase various products at the market and at food manufacturers, and then sell them at selected locations to obtain the highest possible income. These activities, carried out in the form of a competition, strongly involved students who, using various sales techniques, obtained even excellent results in all groups. At the end of the activities, students analysed their achievements and developed presentations summarizing what they learned in this way and what led to their successes.
Participants discussed about the differences between Sales and Marketing. They explored the idea how to sell a service or a product and what skills are needed to do this. All the activities organized focussed on communication skills and other challenges designed to develop skills such as persuasion and confidence building.
These were not the only practical activities. The hosts took everyone to local companies operating both on the local and international market. In this way, everyone visited a place where people were producing halva, a company that produces juices and a company that makes cakes for the Turkish and European market. This company boasted about the new production line being opened. It was the first day of its operation, so the participants of the visit were also the first guests to see this very modern branch of the factory.
